Lead Times

Setting Up Your Lead Times


Lead Times setup is split between two menus:


  • My Account -> Product Selections

  • My Account -> Option Lead Times


Within Product Selections, you can set a basic product leadtime against each product


Within Option Lead Times, you can set leadtimes (days) against individual options. This value should be the total days required and not additional days required



Once set up, any product(s) and options selected at the point of checkout, will use your Lead Times in conjunction with any Delivery Options, Holidays and Working Days you have set up to work out the first available date for the customer and offer them the delivery days relevant to the route
