Placing a Trade Customer on Stop

Created by Shaun McAllister, Modified on Tue, 12 Sep, 2023 at 9:33 AM by Dean Peake-Whitehurst

What is it?

By placing the customer on stop, restricts the use of the Touch Portal to the Trade Customer.

What does it do?

When the Fabricator accesses the Trade Customers details and changes the customers status from Live to On-stop, this restricts the Trade Customer from placing orders. However, the Trade Customer will continue to have access to all of their other information.

Who it is for?

It can be used by the Fabricator to restrict product ordering by Trade Customers whilst at the same time, allowing the Trade Customer to have access to their data.

What is its benefit?

It allows limited access to the Trade Customer but not the ability to order products.
