Setting Up Your Delivery Options
To access your Delivery Options setup, go to My Account -> Delivery Options
From here, you can add a route by clicking the ‘Add Delivery Option’ button on the right hand side
This will open up a new window, allowing you to set up all the defining data relating to a route
Field Name | Definition |
Name | This is the name of the Route i.e. ‘London’ or ‘North 1’ etc |
Delivery Type | This is the method by which you service the route |
Delivery Days | This is the days of the week that you will service the route |
Minimum Order Amount | This is the minimum order value required to not have a Minimum Order Charge levied against the order |
Minimum Order Charge | This is the amount levied against order that do not meet the Minimum Order Amount |
Lead Time Addition (Days) | This is the number of additional days added for delivery to route |
Post Code Areas | These are the postcode areas served by the route. This is the first 3-4 digits of a postcode i.e. 'AL1' or 'BB94' etc* |
* Postcodes can be entered as a comma-separated list by using the 'Submit List' button
Once set up, any address selected/entered at the point of checkout, will use your Delivery Options in conjunction with any Lead Times, Holidays and Working Days you have set up to work out the first available date for the customer and offer them the delivery days relevant to the route
