QUOTILA Release Notes – Version [26.1.1]

We’re excited to introduce the latest update for QUOTILA. This release brings several improvements and bug fixes to enhance your experience. Here’s what’s new in Version [26.1.1]

Features:

Brand Update: Inline with recent comms, the platform has been rebranded to QUOTILA. Branded Mode has also been updated to Lead Capture
Contract Validity Period (Admin Only): Extended Quote expiry functionality to also cover Pending Orders

Improvements:

Bay/Bow Glass Schematics: Glass Schematics now available for Bay/Bow products
Contract Summaries: Responsiveness of contract summaries is markedly faster
Delivery Options: Now reference company working days to constrain available days to allocate to a delivery option
Enquiry Expiry: Expiry timer now takes company working days into account
Input Validation: Platform-wide improvements for user input validation
Price Breakdown: Will now always appear on top regardless of individual users’ browser settings
Resource Centre Asset Quality: Assets uploaded to the Resource Centre now retain a higher level of quality

Bug Fixes:

Branch Contract Visibility: Branches can now see contracts that were initially created by non-Branch staff members
Delivery Charges: Now correctly recalculate when refreshing expired contracts
Lead Capture Product Availability: Admin-controlled product availabilities now correctly control downstream product availabilities for customers’ Lead Capture setup
Report Text Overlap: Issue causing item specification to sometimes overlap disclaimer text now resolved
