Setting Up Your Dealer Network

Assigning Enquiries

As a consumer logs an enquiry through your Dealer Network Designer, they will receive a Thank You email notification and their enquiry will be listed in the Dealer Network Enquiries menu.

Clicking ‘Assign’ next to an enquiry will bring up another window, listing all installers* in order of proximity to the consumer’s specified address.

Once assigned, the consumer will receive a further email notification advising them that their enquiry has been assigned to an installer. This email notification will also advise them the name of the installer, so that they are aware of who might be contacting them.

The assigned installer will receive an email notification advising them that an enquiry has been assigned to them. 

* only installers with a valid address set up will be listed


Once logged in, they will be able to view all assigned enquiries via their Portal dashboard.

Clicking on an enquiry, will allow the installer to view the items processed by the consumer as well as the consumer’s Name and Address.

The installer now has the option to Accept or Reject the enquiry. If they Reject the enquiry, they must provide you a reason as to why.

You will receive an email notification as an enquiry is either Accepted or Rejected. 


Reassigning Enquiries

If an enquiry is Rejected or receives no response within the Expiry Time Limit**, it will appear back in your list of received enquiries for Reassigning and be marked as such for your attention.

To reassign an enquiry to a different installer, simply follow the same steps as you did to assign it initially.

 

                ** the expiry time limit is set within the Dealer Network setup menus. If no value is entered, the time is defaulted to 24 hours
