Trade Application Process
A Trade Customer landing on your Portal login page can now click the ‘Register for an Account’ link
Clicking the link will provide the user with the registration form
Once the form is filled in and submitted, the user will receive an email asking them to verify their account. At the same time, the registration request is visible via Admin under the Customers -> Registration Requests menu
Once the user receives their verification email and follows the instructions to verify their account, the request can then be handled via Admin
Clicking the ‘Decline’ button will email the registered email address to inform them that the request has been denied and will remove the request from the list of Registration Requests
Clicking the ‘Accept’ button will automatically create a customer record, allowing you to fully set the customer up, including pricing, discounts etc before setting up user logins and onboarding the customer
