TOUCH Release Notes - Version [25-12-12]

We're excited to introduce the latest update for TOUCH. This release brings several improvements and bug fixes to enhance your experience. Here's what's new in Version [25-12-12]:

Feature Enhancements:

• Quote Validity Period (Admin Only): Set up via Setup -> Account, quotes can now be automatically expired after a set number of days, in line with your company’s terms & conditions. Once expired, customers must ‘Refresh’ their quotation to edit/convert to order. This process recalculates all items on the quotation automatically in line with pricing as at the day the customer refreshes the quotation

User Interface (UI) Enhancements:

• Financial Maintenance (Admin Only): Significant quality-of-life improvements to maintenance of costs/prices, with introduction of split menus, search, multi-select, en masse editing and a summary of changes to most menus under Setup -> Costs/Prices
• Enquiries – Added visibility of customer status to enquiry assignments menu to highlight customers that are ‘On Stop’ and added validation when assigning enquiries to these customers

General Improvements:

• Retail Option Control: Improved intuitiveness and clarity of information including a product filter to preview options available to different products
• Percentage Slab Trim – Added the ability for percentage-based slab trim rules to be set up (request setup via Support ticket)
• French TBT: Added the ability for French TBT designs to be created (request setup via Support ticket)
• Turn-only TBT: Added the ability for Turn-only TBT designs to be created (request setup via Support ticket)
• Retail Designer: Added on-screen advisory relating to deployment options and recommendation for best compatibility with Google Analytics
• Home Visualiser: Raised image size limit for House imagery to 25MB
• License Activation (Admin Only): Enabling a customer license now validates whether an address has been entered and guides the user to set up address details before proceeding 

Bug Fixes:

• Force Selection: Resolved issue preventing option headings being marked as Force Selections
• Multi-tab Usage: Implemented restrictions on multi-tab sessions to mitigate risk browser local storage data issues
• Multi-line Styling (Portal Only): Multi-line text formatting setup via Setup -> Styling is now correctly formatted in the resulting email
• Offset French Doors: Resolved issue preventing processing of offset mullions on French Doors
